ESY Systems ("we", "us", "our") provides Maintenance Hub, maintenance management software for manufacturers, and is operated as a sole trader. For personal data collected through this website, ESY Systems is the data controller.

When you submit our enquiry form we collect the information you provide: your name, company, email address, phone number (optional), the nature of your interest, and any message you write. We also process limited technical data (such as your IP address) that our hosting provider records for security and to prevent form spam.
We do not use your enquiry details for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
If you make an enquiry but do not go on to subscribe, we keep your enquiry details only for as long as needed to deal with it and any follow-up, and then delete them. If you become a customer, we keep your details for as long as you have an active subscription with us, and for a short period afterwards to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your details at any time (see section 7).

Some providers listed above are based outside the UK/EEA (for example in the United States). Where that is the case, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Standard Contractual Clauses.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict our use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email hello@esysystems.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you believe we have mishandled your data.
This website uses only essential cookies required for it to function; it does not set advertising or non-essential tracking cookies.
This website and Maintenance Hub are intended for business use and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect children's data.
